06.    Chines University Art Museum Way Finding

Project Brief.
Our project focuses on rebranding the Chinese University of Hong Kong Art Museum and revitalizing its wayfinding system. The challenges we face include the museum's distinct architectural and visual elements resulting from its expansion, as well as the versatile use of the galleries and space. Our design solutions include creating a visual identity with a grid system and patterns that unify the museum, and developing a wayfinding tool kit for staff members to fully utilize the museum's versatility. Our goal is to create a more cohesive and user-friendly experience for museum visitors
Wayfinding, User Experience

Design Process.
Through close collaboration with museum staff, including interviews, on-site observation, and user testing, we were able to test different components of the wayfinding system. As the group leader, my responsibilities included not only creating maps, signage, and graphics, but also project management, delegating tasks, and communicating with stakeholders.
